2011 Fiesta Days Concessions Schedule

Fiesta Days Concessions Schedule: Each cheerleader will be working three of the four nights at the rodeo. Each cheerleader is also required to bring two adults on one of the nights. The schedule shows which nights the girls will be working as well as which night they will be bringing their parents/adults. If you trade a night with another cheerleader, Wendi needs to be made aware of the changes.

Fiesta Days 2009

Phew... this week is finally over! Thanks for everyone's time and hard work. The parade and fundraiser both turned out great!

RODEO - DAY 4 - SATURDAY

**MUST be dropped off by 6:00!

1. Pick up hamburgers/hotdogs from Circle V Meats: Jenessa

2. Pick up hamburger/hotdog buns from Macey’s. Pick up the buns from the bakery and then stop by the customer service counter to let them know how many you are taking (you will probably need a large car to transport all the buns).: Tausha

3. Fill up coolers with ice from Mr. Stahle’s room before cheer practice and take down to the booth. Then, pick up the same coolers from booth at 5:00 pm and take back to the high school to fill up again and bring back to the booth: Tysha, Cheyenne, Shaylee


4. Bring 2 coolers full of ice and 1-2 blocks of ice from local gas stations (some of the gas stations do not have blocked ice so if that is the case then don't worry about the blocks. Be sure to introduce yourself at the counter. Let them know that arrangements have been made for the cheerleaders to pick up ice. Take as much ice as they will give you or will let you put in the coolers):

2. Sydnee - Sinclair on Main Street - Manager's name is Ryan so just let them know he ok'd it
3. Tobee - Combo's on Main Street - Let them know that the manager said to charge it to account #6 (they should have blocks)
4. Shelby Beckstrom - Tesoro at the top of Center Street
5. Kortnie Dansie - Go to Macey's and pick up 4 blocks of ice and 6 (22lb) bags of ice. Talk to the customer service desk because they will probably want to pick up the ice from the back. Be sure to let the customer service desk know how many you are taking.

RODEO - DAY 1 - JULY 22
